Fulham F.C. Academy

The Fulham Academy, headed by Huw Jennings, runs along the lines of many of the English football academies as deemed appropriate by the national governing body, the FA. Players dealt with by the academy can be aged as young as nine years old. As part of their training, young players are guided with the aim to gain a BTEC and NVQ qualification.

It was run by Steve Kean who upon Chris Coleman's appointment as first team Manager in summer 2003 was named as his assistant. The new manager has been Paul Nevin and currently Billy McKinlay as the development team squad, with Huw Jennings as director of the academy. It is based at Fulham's training ground in Motspur Park.
